Kathmandu. Kathmandu Spikers has signed internationally renowned volleyball player setter Andrea Tsabanova as a foreign player for the upcoming Vatsalya Everest Women’s Volleyball League 2024.
Bulgaria’s famous and experienced volleyball player Andrea Tsabanova has joined Kathmandu Spikers. Setter Tsabanova, known for her agile, energetic and strategic play, has excelled in top-level leagues including the NCAA, NJCA, MECA, NIVC and Bulgarian leagues, as well as achieved significant success with notable performances in the Bulgarian CEV Champions League and FIVB Club World Championship. She has received various awards for service, defence, leadership and sportsmanship, along with World Championship medals and continental titles. Tshabanova’s impressive career will be valuable for the Kathmandu Spikers. Tsabanova, who is a member of Kathmandu Spikers, is 24 years old and 178 cm tall.
Sudiksha Adhikari, COO of Kathmandu Spikers said, “We have signed setter Andrea Tshabanova in line with our commitment to build a strong and balanced team. We believe the international experience and winning mentality he brings will positively impact our performance in the league.
